To upload your works to our platform, you need to:

2. 2. Confirm your email address.
3. 3. Fill in the personal information section.
4. 4. Upload a profile photo (avatar).
5. 5. Your uploaded profile photo (avatar) will then go through the moderation process. This usually takes no more than 72 hours.
6. 6. If moderation is successful, go to the Gallery section, choose the category in which you want to purchase placement, select the number of squares you want to buy, and choose the duration of the placement.
7. 7. After payment, upload your works to the available fields.
8. 8. Your uploaded works will then go through the moderation process. This usually takes no more than 72 hours.
9. 9. If moderation is successful, your works will be published on our platform.

You can upload any artistic and creative works. The platform performs basic content moderation. The following materials are not allowed for publication:

• • Calls for violence or extremism.
• • Terrorist propaganda.
• • Drug-related content or promotion of drug use.
• • Pornographic or explicitly sexual content.
• • Any other materials that violate applicable laws.

Requirements need to be followed for successfully image uploading are:

• • Image formats can be accepted: jpg, jpeg, png, gif, webp, svg.
• • Max image size can be accepted: 10MB.

Recommendations for best visual presentation in profile and common art gallery:

• • Category MAIN profile photo — Square Image, Min 600x600.
• • Horizontal Category profile photo (in case of unity 2 squares in horizontal view) — rectangle image, Min 600x1200.
• • Vertical Category profile photo (in case of unity 2 squares in vertical view) — rectangle image, Min 1200x600.

After uploading any information to your profile (Description, contact information, avatar, uploaded works), it undergoes a basic review by the site administration. This usually takes no more than 72 hours. If the information does not violate the platform's rules, the uploaded information will be posted on the site.

Basic moderation:

• • Images are not checked for plagiarism (Works are removed in case of complaints from copyright holders).
• • Works that call for violence, extremism, terrorism, drug use, as well as works with sexually explicit materials and other materials that violate the law, are not allowed to be published.

In case of any information change in the profile, your profile is sent to moderation, temporarily hidden from all sections (except if you have changed works in one category, then it is temporarily hidden in this category). In case of successful moderation process, your works will be displayed again on the platform. Usually moderation process takes no more than 72 hours.

No fee is currently required for archival inclusion during the archive formation phase.

To remove your profile from the website, you need to contact support via the feedback form in the Contact Us section. Please note that the paid amount is non-refundable in case of early termination of placement.
